AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
As with any skin products or procedures, usually a series of treatments are needed to achieve excellent outcomes. In order to provide the best results for your skin, a minimum of 12 months is required.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A MONTH?
It is your responsibility to book your monthly appointment in a timely fashion while being mindful of your schedule and what service would be best in regard to any planned travel, social/work calendar, time of year, etc. Unfortunately we can not book two treatments in the same month if you miss a month. Please be sure to communicate with the Bloom team if you have any questions and need assistance deciding what treatment is best during each month.

CAN I SUBSTITUTE TREATMENTS?
A thorough assessment will be made during your consultation to determine the best treatment plan for your skin. Your provider will help guide you month to month regarding which treatment would be best.

CAN I ADD SERVICES ON?
Absolutely! If you are wanting to enhance your treatment, ask your Bloom expert what treatments would be best to add on to your membership treatment. Pricing varies and will be discussed during your consultation.
